Happy Monday! I’ve been buzzing this January as it seems that all of my favorite designers, brands and blogs are kicking off 2019 with big moves.
Leanne Ford, my favorite stylist turned designer, announced her capsule lighting collection with Target coming to stores February 10th. This was one of those DROP EVERYTHING moments for me. Leanne’s lived-in, curated style and her trademark white-on-white color palette is a major influence to my own approach to design. The collection is inspired by the one-of-a-kind vintage finds that I’ve seen Leanne use in her projects over the years. Read the interview + full preview here!
As if the internet wasn’t already obsessed with Vitruvi’s stone diffusers, they had to go release 3 new limited-edition colors that are, according to the website, “perfect for a New York-style loft or spaces filled with Moroccan rugs and plenty of plants.” Yes marketing team! I am sold on that fantasy.
*jaw drop*
I was so bummed to hear that one of my fave bloggers/interior designers Bradley Tolbert is leaving Emily Henderson –until I heard it is to join team Bobby Berk (Queer Eye) as Creative Director! Congratulations to Bradley, and thank you to Emily for introducing me to one of my favorite interior design bloggers.
There is only one person in the world who could possibly convince me to design with color: Sarah Sherman Samuel. Sarah recently sold her renovated A-frame cabin and had the opportunity to re-design it for the new owners. Both versions are just too good! Which one do you prefer?
Have a great week everyone!
