Whether you’re tackling a small renovation, or just need some guidance through consulting, we offer three tried-and-true packages to bring your vision to life. And because no two projects or homes are the same, all of our services can be adapted to achieve your specific goals.

Our most popular service, the Furnish & Style package is intended for clients who are looking to transform their space, without going through a lengthy process of renovating or building.

It includes full furnishing and styling, where we source from a mix of trade, retail, vintage, and custom pieces. Beyond the furniture, it may also include non-structural changes to your home such as paint, light fixtures, hardware and window treatments. 

Purchasing & Order Management may also be included, for clients wishing to skip the tedious process of ordering merchandise and managing the delivery logistics on their own. Should you want a full service experience, our team can also take care of the install. This means we securely store your items in a warehouse until every piece has arrived, inspect for damages, then finally assemble and style everything in your home over one day while you lay back and enjoy the big reveal.

As a boutique interior design studio, we focus on small to medium sized renovations, working in collaboration with your chosen architect, builder, or contracting team. 

As no two projects or homes are the same, your project may include selection of interior finishes, designing bespoke architectural details, sourcing fixtures and furniture, purchasing and order management, or all of the above. We understand how daunting a project transforming your home can be, and use a thoughtful, streamlined process that puts our client’s experience at the forefront.

Don’t need full service, but would like to infuse a bit of our signature aesthetic into your home? Or perhaps you’ve started redecorating, but are struggling with actually finding your dream furniture. We can provide you with specific services at an hourly design rate. 

Consultations are perfect for those who may be redesigning themselves who require confidence in order to make their decisions, or are looking for concrete suggestions, support and tips to help guide their own efforts. The time is yours to use however is most helpful for you, but some common topics that we may advise on include:

Our Design Process

With each project we take on, our design vision is made a reality through a thoughtful, streamlined process that puts our client’s experience at the forefront. 


To get started, fill out our Project Inquiry form below. After filling it out, we’ll send you our Pricing & Service Guide, plus schedule a complimentary Discovery Meeting. This gives us a chance to get acquainted, discuss the scope of work in more detail, and answer any questions you may have. 

Finally, we’ll present you with a service proposal that includes a flat rate quote. Once your service agreement is signed and the deposit paid, your project start date is set!

PHASE 1: design programming

Our design process starts with in-depth research where we ask questions and define our goals. Prior to our kick off meeting, we’ll ask you to complete a thorough questionnaire and gather inspiration to help us get acquainted with your style, budget and functional requirements. Then, we schedule a Client Intake day where we do a walkthrough of your space, take detailed measurements top to bottom, and capture reference photos. During this phase, we also draw up internal documents for us to use as reference throughout the project, such as our starting floorplans, and an inventory list of any items you’re keeping. 

For E-Design clients, you'll be required to send measurements and photos of your space (don’t worry—we will guide you through exactly what to measure and how)! 

PHASE 2: conceptual design

During this phase, we take all of the information gathered during the programming stage and apply it to initial concepts, layouts, and an overall creative direction. This stage is equal parts creative and technical, as we explore possibilities and potential solutions for your space. The best ideas will be presented to you, and the concepts you feel are the strongest are then revised until you are madly in love with our direction. 

PHASE 3: design development

With the concept decided on, sourcing begins! This phase is all about refining the details, during which we will source all of the furniture, decor, and materials to achieve a final cohesive design. You will be presented with mockups, technical drawings, renderings and material samples as required to illustrate a final design plan to you. This phase includes multiple rounds of back and forth here, and you, the client, holds power to approve/veto selections with each revision. 


It’s time to wrap up the project for execution! The purpose of this phase is to prepare all of the necessary documents and technical information into a completed design plan. At this stage, the completed design plan is handed off to you for implementation. For clients who have added on our Purchasing & Order Management service, we prepare a purchase form, obtain credit card authorization and a final sign off from you to order items on your behalf. To ensure you feel supported throughout the entire process, we also do a final walkthrough after all your furniture has been delivered and assembled, to ensure everything is styled and executed perfectly in your space.

*Should you want a full service experience, our team can also take care of the install. This means we securely store your items in a warehouse until every piece has arrived, inspect for damages, then finally assemble and style everything in your home while you lay back and enjoy the big reveal!

E-Design Option

All of our packages are available remotely for those outside of Vancouver. E-Design (also known as remote or virtual design) is a flexible, affordable option where the design is done from a distance, keeping the same tailored approach as our in-person clients. 

How Does It Work?

Best suited for those clients who are comfortable communicating online, E-design clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements of their space, plus photos and videos. While this option does require the client to be more hands-on, we provide the same high-end, bespoke client experience. This includes access to trade-only vendors, discounted pricing, purchasing and order management, and continued support all the way through.
